What sets Fresh N Fit apart?
We only use the highest quality ingredients in all of our meals. All of our meat is grass fed and/or free range hormone and anti-biotic free. Poultry is all natural. Our fish is wild caught. Our vegetables are sourced locally when in season and are pesticide free. All food is cooked to order, fresh and never frozen.

Do you offer meals that are available to stop in, pick what I want and buy?
Yes, we offer meals available for pick up at our location at 457 Route 25A Rocky Point from Monday – Saturday 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Sunday 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM. You can purchase as many meals as you would like. We have breakfast, snacks, and meals in the fridge. If you want specific meals, please place an order online before the Thursday or Monday deadline to ensure your order and choose delivery or pick up option.

What is offered in your rewards program?
We appreciate all of our customers, that’s why we are constantly finding new ways to reward their valued business. Each meal you purchase counts as 1 meal point. Once you have accumulated enough points you can apply the desired coupon to your next order. Coupons can be found in the coupons tab of your account page.

How does Refer a Friend work?
Give a friend $10 off their first order, and you’ll get $10 off when they make a purchase. Your friend will receive an email with a coupon code they can use on their next checkout. Once that friend has used the coupon, you will receive an email with a $10 off coupon as well!
Packaging & Costs
Why am I being charged a packaging fee?
The packaging fee added to all orders is for the microwaveable, freezable, reusable containers and any thermal packaging needed for certain weather conditions. The cost covers packaging and handling, reusable meal containers, labeling.
Can I use my non-insulated tote bag for exchange?
Only the insulated tote bags are eligible for exchange program.
Why am I being charged a tote bag in my cart?
We charge a one-time fee for our re-usable tote bags for new customers. If you are a returning customer please sign-in and the charge will disappear from your total order. The tote bag is to be re-used between each order to ensure safe transport of meals.
I already placed an order, why am I still being charged a tote bag?
In order for the tote bag charge to be removed, you must sign-in before adding any meals to your cart. You will have the option to use the tote bag exchange once you have purchased a meal with us using an insulated tote bag. Alternatively, you can choose to use our non-insulated tote bag for less charge.
How do the Tote Bags work?
Fresh N Fit deliveries include 1 Tote Bag and 2 Toxic Free Foam Freezer Bricks per order. Tote Bags / Freezer Bricks are replaced each month. The cost associated with this program is $19.99 as a one-time cost for the duration of using our service. The cost will appear in your cart as a first time buyer. You must make an account with us in order to remove the cost from any future orders.
What should I do with the insulated tote bag?
Place the Tote Bag / Freezer Bricks outside the night before your next delivery day (out of the rain). Please be sure to leave your bags out so that we can use the bags issued to you on your next delivery. If bags aren’t left out the food will be delivered in a box / paper bag.
What if I forget to leave my tote bag out?
We know life gets in the way. Please contact us if you forget to leave your bags out and well make special accommodations. All meals are delivered with refrigerated gel packs or bricks but these will only keep food fresh for up to 2 hours after delivery. Insulated tote bags will keep food fresh up to 4 hours after delivery. During the warmer months the Tote Bag / Freezer Bricks will not last as long, so please be sure to bring your food in asap! Fresh N Fit is not responsible for food left out longer than suggested times and no refunds will be given.
What If I don't plan on ordering for over a week?
If you don’t order for over a week, but plan to order again please contact us and let us know you will be safeguarding the bags. If discontinuing the service please return all bags / bricks to 457 Route 25A, Rocky Point. If bags / bricks are not returned within 14 days, the card on file will be charged for $12.00 per bag & $4.00 per brick not returned. Thank you!
Is the $19.99 cost to enroll in the tote bag exchange program refundable if I discontinue service?
No, this charge is non refundable, the bags are assigned to you. Any bags you still have are yours to keep.

What if I don’t see an item on the menu, can you make it?
Yes, reach out to one of our team members, we don’t restrict our client’s choices.
Can I receive custom made meals?
Yes you can receive custom meals by going to the customers choice section of our website and click on custom meals.
I have a plan written from a dietician, trainer, friend...etc Can you make me meals according the plan.
Yes, please contact us. We make meals specifically to what your diet plan requests.
Can I buy food in bulk and portion it myself?
Yes on our website we offer options for buying in bulk.
Do you offer organic meals?
Yes, we offer organic meals but must order a minimum of 10 of those meals since we are catering to your specific needs.
Do you cater to specific dietary allergies, gluten free, diabetic, peanut allergy….etc?
We can cater to some situations. This is because we have an open kitchen. Please contact our team so we can analyze your specific needs and we’ll let you know if we can cater to you.
Do you offer any options for family style meals?
Yes, we offer family sized meal options which are quality packed, healthy meals at an affordable price. FNF meals are key to your family’s health. With everyone’s busy lifestyle, cooking dinner can be a troublesome and healthy balanced meals are not simple to make. Many places won’t cook healthy meals. Buying these meals will alleviate the stress of having to cook and also keep the fast food eating at bay! You can find our weekly family menu in the customer choice section of our website.
I always get bored of a diet, is there any way you can keep me interested?
Yes, by choosing the “Chef Choice Packages” option you will receive delicious food that the chef comes up with minus your dislikes. Almost all meals are different so you don’t get bored of consuming the same meals.
Do you offer new meals or menus so I don’t get bored?
Yes, we offer a rotating menu that changes every week. We also offer custom meals so you can create your own meal packages.
How do I store and heat my meals?
We recommend storing your meals in the refrigerator and following normal safe handling instructions. If you know that you will not be able to consume your meals in the time frame of expiration you can freeze them but we do not recommend because the food tends to dry out and get soggy. Heating instructions; heat food for 30 seconds to 1 minute in 30 second increments depending on your microwaves strength. You can also heat the food in an oven or in a pan.
Ordering, Delivery & Shipping
Is there a minimum amount to order?
The order minimum is $89.99 per order. You will not be able to checkout until you have reached this minimum.
Can I repeat past orders?
Yes, please go to your account page under the “Your Orders” tab to view past orders and click the ORDER AGAIN button. You will not be able to re-order orders that include weekly menu items as they change each week.
Do you ship?
Yes we ship overnight. Depending on your where you live, your shipping charge will reflect while in checkout if you will be receiving your order by delivery or shipping.
How we ship/pack your orders?
We ship using cold chain packaging, insulated liner box, ice packs, and is vacuum sealed for longer life and better for freezing. Why do we ship in vacuum sealed packages? If we shipped meals in plastic containers, the size of the box is increased and increases shipping costs. Using vacuum sealing, we can cut down on the size of the box used, which makes the shipping cheaper for the customer. Cold chain packaging can last up to 30hrs, shorter times when outside temps are above 75.
How is shipping cost calculated?
Shipping costs are charged by dimensional weight (box size). Shipping costs to zone one is $24.99. Zone 2 is $28.99.
What are the differences between Zone 1 and Zone 2?
Each zone is is based on any locations farther than 50 miles. Zone 1 is considered: New York, Suffolk County, Nassau County, Connecticut, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania. Zone 2 is considered: Vermont, Maine, New Hampshire, West Virginia, Virginia, Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, Michigan, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee, Kentucky, Illinois. Sorry, we do not ship farther than that.
What days do you ship?
If you are in Zone 1, packages are sent out Monday for overnight, which will be received Tuesday. If you are in Zone 2, packages will be received Wednesday. We will provide the tracking number. Please be aware that once food leaves our headquarters we can’t be responsible for food that may spoil if left outside after package is delivered.
Is there an order deadline per week?
Yes, our order deadline is every Thursday at 11:59 pm. Any orders placed from Monday – Thursday, you will receive your meals on the following Sunday. Any orders after the deadline from Friday – Sunday, will be delivered on Wednesday that week. For any questions with ordering, we are happy to assist!
What days do you deliver meals?
We offer 1 day & 2 day deliveries per week per order. Delivery days are Sunday and/or Wednesday depending on your choice during checkout.
What are delivery times?
Delivery times are Sunday 3am-11pm (larger window due to Sunday traffic) and Wednesday 10am-11pm. Please be fully aware of our delivery windows as it is the customers full responsibility to bring in your meals once delivered. Meals can spoil easily when its hot out. Delivery windows cannot be requested. Fresh N Fit does not guarantee delivery times as they will vary due to volume in your area. If you do not anticipate being home for delivery, please select insulated tote bag option below to ensure your meals are kept cold after delivery. Thank you!
How much is delivery?
We offer multiple day delivery options. The delivery cost for 1 day delivery is $11.99 per order for any deliveries up to 50 miles. The delivery cost for 2 day delivery is $15.99 per order for any deliveries up to 50 miles. Orders past 50 miles will be charged shipping prices.
When will orders be shipped vs delivery?
Deliveries will be sent within anything 50 miles of our location. For any locations outside of 50 miles, orders will be shipped.
What if I am not home to receive my delivery?
We highly recommend and offer cold chain packaging so your meals arrive cold and stay safe after delivery. These bags will keep your meals cold for up to 4 hours, shorter times with warmer temperatures.
When do I pay for the meals and how?
You will be charged via credit card in the checkout process. Payments will be made through Authorize.net at end of checkout. We also offer Cash on Delivery (COD). Once you have successfully placed an order with Fresh N Fit using your credit card, you may select Cash on Delivery (C.O.D) option on your next order. All payments must be collected in full upon delivery. Payments not collected on delivery day(s) will be charged to the card on file for the total amount that is due.
I will be out of town for a week can I ask to have meals skipped?
Yes, just contact our team 48hrs in advance and we can make any changes to your order. We will keep your meals you paused as a credit.
Can I have all my meals delivered at once?
Yes, but we do not recommend it. We want you to have the freshest meals possible. We cook the day of your delivery to guarantee the freshest meals. On checkout there is an option for 1 day delivery.
Do you offer family style?
Yes, please view our family style menu selections for options. Pick up available. The tray come cold and is in portions for 3, 5 or 7 people. Each persons portion will contain 5 oz of protein, 1 cup of carbs and a half cup of veggies. We suggest using a scale when distributing the amount of food per person.
Can I pick up the meals?
Yes, choose pick up option on check out. We are located inside cow palace. Please go to the front cashier and ask to pick up FNF meals. All payments are done prior to coming in. Pick up times are Sunday 9am-4pm & Wednesday 12pm-6pm.
What if I don't see an item on the menu?
Reach out to one of our team member to see if we can accommodate your request. More than likely we can.
Nutrition & Health
Do you cook with sodium?
We use organic low sodium seasonings. Our entrees contain natural sodium. Our entrees contain very low amounts of sodium due to the sauces / seasonings we use, but there is no additional salt added to any of the entrees.
Do you use any preservatives?
No, we never use any preservatives in our meals. All meals are cooked fresh to order, and never frozen.
Do I need to eat FNF every meal to achieve optimal results?
To achieve optimal results, more meals you eat per day from FNF the faster the results will be. All meals are portioned, weighed, and have quality nutrients. If you want 100% results you must put 100% effort in it.
I am not familiar with dieting or proper nutrition. Can you help me choose the correct package/meal plan?
Yes, we know not everyone is an expert in this field, that’s why we are here. We will assist you in picking out the right package that suits you according to your diet / fitness goals, requests and needs.
How many times a day should I eat?
According to many “gurus” – eating breakfast jump starts fat burning and 5-6 portioned meals a day prevents a slowed metabolism. Observational studies consistently show that meal skippers are more likely to be over weight than people who eat more frequently.
Do you offer nutritional facts for the meals?
Yes, all meals from signature and menu items list nutrition facts. Chef choice meals do not since they are created on the spot around your dislikes. All chef choice meals fall into the range given for the size you selected. For example lean meals is scaled to 4 – 5.5 oz of protein, ½ cup of carbs, ½ cup veggie, under 5g fat and roughly 200 – 350 calories and all meals are created to fall into this range.
Do you offer workout/cardio plans to accommodate your meal plans?
Yes, you can consult with one of our team members regarding your fitness goals and we will write you a custom plan. We also do personal training at home / gym.
